Every application moves through the same six-stage process inside a quarterly window. SLAs below are measured in business days from submission (T+0). Your live status is always visible in the applicant portal, and material updates are emailed to you automatically.

Submission received
Automated confirmation email with your application reference. The reference is also visible in your portal at /track.
T+3d
Threshold review
Reviewer confirms the submission meets the fixed threshold for the chosen track. Below-threshold applications are closed at this stage with a written reason.
T+10d
First-touch reviewer note
If above threshold, the lead reviewer writes a private note on alignment, asymmetry, and scalability. The portal shows your stage moving to Reviewing.
T+21d
Window closes — comparison set frozen
No new applications enter this cohort. The full above-threshold set is reviewed against current network mandates.
T+35d
Decision
One of three outcomes: Aligned (advance to structuring), Hold (revisit next window), Pass (with reason).
T+60d
Structuring (Aligned only)
Bespoke terms drafted. First counterparty introduction made. Weekly cadence until partnership is formed or paused.
Decision outcomes
ALIGNED
You advance to structuring and counterparty introductions begin. Roughly 8% of above-threshold applications.
HOLD
Strong submission, no current mandate fit. Auto-revisited next window without re-applying.
PASS
Closed with a written reason. Re-application permitted after two full windows or on material change.
