§ DOC — Documentation

The reference manual.

Public documentation for how Tasildar Access operates, who qualifies, and what a strong intake looks like. Read before submitting an application.

§ 04d — Apply

Materials handling.

A plain-language walkthrough of what happens to your submission from the moment you upload to the moment it is purged — and the confidentiality terms you are agreeing to when you click submit.

Lifecycle of a submission

01 — Submission

Upload & encryption

Files are transferred over TLS to a private storage bucket. Each object is written under your application reference and immediately access-controlled by row-level policy. The original upload URL is single-use and expires within minutes.

02 — Intake review

Reviewer access

The lead reviewer for your track receives a short-lived signed URL to read your materials. No file leaves the bucket. Other applicants, counterparty members, and external advisors do not have access.

03 — Decision

Audit log written

When a decision is recorded (aligned, hold, pass, or below threshold), an immutable audit entry is written: who decided, when, and the rubric scores. The decision log is retained even after materials are purged.

04 — Retention or purge

Outcome-keyed retention

Materials follow the retention schedule on the confidentiality page. Purge is automated by background job; you receive a confirmation when materials are deleted from the bucket and database.

05 — On request

Early deletion

You can request deletion at any phase. We confirm within 7 calendar days. Anonymized audit metadata of the deletion request itself is retained for compliance — your materials are not.

Retained vs purged

After the retention window ends, your materials themselves are deleted. A minimal audit shadow is preserved so the network can answer questions like "did I apply?" and "what was the outcome?" years later without re-storing the underlying documents.

RETAINED (AUDIT SHADOW)

  • Application reference number and submission timestamp
  • Track applied for and review window
  • Decision outcome and rubric scores (aligned / hold / pass / below threshold)
  • Reviewer identity and decision timestamp (audit log)
  • Hashes of submitted documents (to detect resubmission of identical files)
  • Anonymized record of any deletion or correction request

PURGED

  • Original document files (PDFs, decks, financial models, samples)
  • Free-text answers from the application form
  • Reviewer notes and free-text commentary
  • Email correspondence specific to the application
  • Signed-URL access logs older than 90 days
  • Any draft or partial submission abandoned for >30 days

Confidentiality terms you agree to

By submitting an application you accept the following short-form terms. These are intentionally written in plain English; the full legal version lives in the privacy and terms pages linked at the bottom.

  1. i.

    You own your materials.

Submission grants Tasildar Access a limited license to view, store, and evaluate your materials solely for the purpose of review and (if aligned) ongoing partnership administration. No transfer of intellectual property occurs.

  2. ii.

    We hold them in confidence.

Materials are confidential by default. Reviewers are bound by written internal confidentiality obligations that survive their tenure. No NDA is required from you because the obligation is on us.

  3. iii.

    No third-party use.

Your materials are never used to train AI models, never sold, never shared with sponsors, and never shown to other applicants or counterparty members without your specific written authorization for a named introduction.

  4. iv.

    Honest representation.

You represent that the materials you submit are yours to share, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and not subject to a confidentiality obligation owed to a third party that would be breached by submission.

  5. v.

    No solicitation, no offer.

Submission is not an offer of securities, services, or employment, and acceptance of materials is not an offer of partnership. The decision framework is described in Decision Criteria.

  6. vi.

    Right to withdraw.

You may withdraw your application at any time. Withdrawal triggers the 30-day grace retention then automatic purge. Withdrawal does not erase the audit record that an application was made and withdrawn.
