§ DOC — Documentation

The reference manual.

Public documentation for how Tasildar Access operates, who qualifies, and what a strong intake looks like. Read before submitting an application.

§ 03 — Apply

Example intake materials.

Three lightly-fictionalized examples — one per track — showing the difference between a generic submission and one that reviewers actually score well. Names and figures are illustrative. Patterns are not.

CAPITAL EXAMPLE

Single-family office, $25M deployable

Mandate paragraph

WEAK

We invest in great founders building category-defining companies across tech, consumer, and frontier sectors.

STRONG

We deploy $1–4M checks into post-revenue B2B vertical SaaS in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare ops, logistics). We lead or co-lead seed and A; we do not bridge.

FIELD-BY-FIELD

DECISION AUTHORITY

Principal, sole IC. No external LPs.

Reviewer note — Reviewers verify this against entity records during alignment review.

TRACK RECORD

11 prior allocations since 2019; 2 exits (one strategic, one secondary). Median hold 3.4 years.

Reviewer note — Specific counts beat adjectives. We will ask for two of the eleven.

ACTIVE MANDATE

Looking for one operator partnership in claims-automation or compliance ops, EU or US. Capital is set aside.

Reviewer note — Naming the slot tells us where to route — not who to flatter.

What you need

WEAK

Looking for capital and strategic guidance to scale our platform to the next level.

STRONG

Raising $6M Series A. Need: one lead with vertical SaaS pricing experience, plus a distribution partner inside US mid-market brokers. Have term sheet under review; not pressed.

FIELD-BY-FIELD

TRACTION

ARR $4.2M (12-mo growth 2.6x). Net retention 118%. Gross margin 71%. CAC payback 11 months.

Reviewer note — Five numbers in one line is enough for a first read.

TEAM

21 FTE. Co-founder/CTO ex-Stripe. VP Sales hired Q2; ramping. Two open roles funded post-A.

Reviewer note — We map the team to the round, not the headline.

DECK

Current investor deck, 14 slides, PDF, 6 MB.

Reviewer note — Send the live deck — not a redacted public version. Confidentiality is covenant.

REFERENCES

Seed lead (named partner) + current board observer.

Reviewer note — References we can call this week, not next quarter.

What you need

WEAK

Looking for partners to help me scale my brand and unlock new revenue streams.

STRONG

Want a capital + operating partner for a paid product launch (course or SaaS) into our 380k subscriber base. Will license audience data; will not sell the brand.

FIELD-BY-FIELD

AUDIENCE PROOF

Newsletter analytics: 380k subs, 47% open rate, 6.2% CTR (rolling 90 days). Screenshot attached.

Reviewer note — Owned-channel metrics — not platform follower counts.

REVENUE MIX

TTM revenue $1.4M: 62% sponsorships, 28% affiliate, 10% one-off products. Want to flip to recurring.

Reviewer note — Show the mix, then where you want it to go.

ASYMMETRY

Only English-language daily brief in our niche; 6-year publishing cadence; 71% of subs from organic referral.

Reviewer note — Defensibility you can defend, not adjectives.

REFERENCE PARTNERSHIP

Existing licensing deal with [strategic]; renewal completed last quarter.

Reviewer note — One real partnership beats ten letters of interest.
