How material is handled.
A standing operating practice across all submissions, regardless of outcome.
Submissions are confidential by default
Application contents — including decks, financials, and free-form notes — are visible only to authorized reviewers within the partnership. We do not syndicate, share, or sell submitted material.
NDA-equivalent handling
We treat operator decks and capital disclosures as if a mutual NDA were in force from the moment of intake. No signature is required to obligate us to that standard; signatures are added when an engagement formalizes.
Storage & access
Files are stored in encrypted private object storage. Access is limited via role-based permissions. Reviewers see only what is required to evaluate fit.
Retention
Submissions are retained for 24 months from receipt to support reapplications and structural follow-ups. You may request deletion at any time by emailing the address on the contact channel provided in your acknowledgment.
What this is not
This page is a statement of operating practice, not a legal contract. A binding NDA, term sheet, or partnership agreement is executed separately when an engagement proceeds.
