§ 05 — Reference
Frequently asked.
Answered in writing so the application form does not have to carry them. If your question is not here, the rest of the documentation likely answers it.
Is there a fee to apply or to be in the network?+
No. There is no application fee, no membership fee, and no carry on counterparty introductions. Tasildar Access earns through deal-by-deal economics — equity, advisory, JV, or licensing — disclosed in writing before any partnership is formed.
Is the network exclusive?+
Membership is exclusive but not exclusionary. You retain full freedom to work with anyone outside the network. We require disclosure only when an introduction we made is being pursued in parallel.
What happens to my materials if I am not admitted?+
Submitted documents remain confidential indefinitely. Above-threshold materials are retained for revisit in future windows; below-threshold materials are purged within 90 days of the decision. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Can I apply to more than one track?+
No. Choose the track that best describes your primary role today. If your situation spans tracks (e.g. operator with a deployable balance sheet), pick the one where you need the partnership and note the second profile in your submission.
How long does the full process take?+
From submission to decision: 35 business days at the maximum, anchored to the quarterly window. From Aligned decision to first partnership formed: typically 25–60 days depending on structuring complexity.
Can I update my application after submitting?+
Yes, until the window closes (T+21d). Use the applicant portal to upload revised materials. After window close the comparison set is frozen for that cohort.
What does 'standing' partnership mean?+
Members are admitted indefinitely, not for a single deal. Counterparty introductions continue as long as the alignment holds and the partnership behaves well. There is no annual renewal cycle.
Do you sign NDAs?+
We do not sign template NDAs at intake — confidentiality is treated as covenant on every submission. We sign mutual NDAs when a partnership advances to structuring and material non-public information is exchanged.
Are you regulated?+
Tasildar Access is principal in every introduction and does not act as a placement agent, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. See the disclosures page for the full statement.
I was passed in a previous window — can I re-apply?+
Yes, after two full windows or on material change (new round, new traction, new mandate). Reference your previous application ID in the new submission.
