§ 04c — Apply
Confidentiality & data.
What you send us is held in confidence. The mechanics below describe how — who can see your submission, how long it is retained, and how to delete it on demand.
Operating principles
Confidentiality as covenant
Every submission is treated as confidential by default — no NDA required at intake. Reviewers operate under written internal confidentiality obligations that survive their tenure.
Need-to-read access
Submitted materials are accessible only to the lead reviewer for your track and the principal. Counterparty members do not see your materials unless you authorize a specific introduction.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
All uploads are stored in a private bucket with row-level access policies. Documents are served via short-lived signed URLs only to authorized reviewers.
No third-party training
Submitted materials are never used to train AI models, never sold, never shared with sponsors. The platform is operated for the network, not monetized through it.
Retention schedule
Retention is keyed to outcome. You can request earlier deletion at any stage and on any track.
