An institutional changelog. Entries are written in the same voice we use with applicants — and they are dated, categorised, and indexed.

Reviewer pipeline shipped.

Every application is now reviewed against a three-axis rubric — conviction, fit, timing — by at least two reviewers before reaching a decision. Other reviewers' scores are hidden until you submit your own to prevent anchoring.

All outbound mail now flows through a queue with retries, suppression, and a one-click unsubscribe footer. Auth emails (signup, magic link, recovery) and applicant notifications share the same brand.
